- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been registered with this Gp for over one year. Never manage to see a doctor. The timing says to call at 08:30 am to book an appointment but they start taking calls around 0900 to say “you have missed the slot, dial in tomorrow”. I am well aware of NHS crumbling structure but Willows Health Customer Service is pathetic. Called the receptionist yesterday and after spending half an hour Olly gave me advance appointment for following day. After waiting for entire day I decided to call the gp and wasn’t really amaze to know no appointment was made. Now I have to repeat the same exercise again on Monday to talk with some stupid person thinking she will do it correct this time. Fix your damn service. Doctor Ume never calls for phone appointment and when you call the surgery they would say doctor tries to call you but you didn’t answer and you question yourself either they are on some A grade drugs or you are a complete moronBy omar, March 22, 2020
